Tina Fey Returns To SNL As Sarah Palin. Hilarious!
I've decided to vote for John McCain. I've made this decision simply so Tina Fey will have reason to keep doing her impression of Sarah Palin.

Debate: Barack Obama vs. John McCain
Here's the debate for those of you that didn't catch it last night. For me it was a choice between Die Hard 4 or watching the debate. Die Hard won.
Since we're talkin' about politics check out this clip of Chris Rock on Larry King. This man is HILARIOUS! You're going to want to watch the entire clip. You know what, I want Chris Rock to run for president! Or at least VP. I'm starting a petition.

Lindsay Lohan Tries New Hollywood Diet: Carpet

Well, it's a official kids. Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are an item.
I blame this girl:
Anyway, the confirmation came on last nights episode of Loveline. Ronson called in to discuss the tragic plane crash involving DJ AM and Travis Barker. When Lindsay was handed the phone the host asked how long her and Ronson had been dating to which Lohan replied "A really long time". BAM!
You can listen to the interview under the cut. The relationship confirmation comes in at around 6:40.

Kanye West: The New Face of Comedy

I think we can all honestly say we did not see this one coming...
Comedy Central has teamed with Kanye West for a project described as hip-hop meets the Muppets.
A half-hour pilot has been shot for the project, tentatively titled "Alligator Boots." It's from Jackhole Prods., the production company founded by Jimmy Kimmel, Daniel Kellison and Adam Carolla that also was behind Comedy Central's puppet-centric "Crank Yankers."
The project, which is under consideration for 2009, would feature music produced and performed by West and fellow rapper Rhymefest, both of whom are serving as executive producers on the pilot alongside Kellison. West also hosts the pilot; the idea is to have a different celebrity guest host for every episode, similar to the setup on the original "Muppet Show."

Umm... Well, uh. OK. Muppet's, alright. I'll uh... Tune in. To watch it.

T-Mobile Launches Google's Answer To The iPhone

With a price tag of $179 and some impressive features it should definitely provide a little competition for the mighty iPhone. My only problem is that the phone is actually pretty ugly. It looks like the original Palm Pilot with a color screen.
T-Mobile's newest set was officially announced today at a press conference in New York. Set to launch on October 22nd for $179 on T-Mobile in the US on a two-year stint. Starting in early November all you folks in United Kingdom will have access and Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and the Netherlands can expect their release in the first quarter of 2009. The G1 features WiFi and 3G radios, a 3-megapixel camera, and support for the Android Market and Amazon's mobile MP3 store, giving owners apps and tunes on the go. Existing T-Mobile subscribers get first dibs, with orders being accepted starting today. Here's a quick rundown of the specs:- HSDPA 1700 / 2100 plus quadband EDGE- WiFi
- 3-megapixel camera
- Android Market for on-device app purchases
- Amazon MP3 app for on-device music purchases
- Push Gmail support with full HTML client
- Bluetooth (but no A2DP)
- Google Maps with Street View
- No Microsoft Exchange support
- No desktop synchronization -- it all happens over the airvia: Engadget Mobile

Was Barack Obama On Soul Train???
Is this him?
Im gonna go with YES! Notice the hands!:
I also did some digging and found what I think is the best answer we can get:
Soul Train production took place in Los Angeles starting in 1971. Furthermore, the song being danced to is "Give It to Me Baby" by Rick James, which reached popularity in 1981. IMDB ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0161194/episodes ) notes that the line dance song to Season 10, Episode 28 was "Give It to Me Baby". While an original air date is not provided, one can conclude from other episodes that S10E28 was aired in early June, 1981 and filmed sometime in late May - early June.
Barack Obama attended Occidental College in Los Angeles from September 1979 to June 1981 before moving on to Columbia in New York. So, Obama was likely in Los Angeles at the time the episode was taped. But, unless someone asks him about it, it's impossible to say more than this.

Guess Rihanna's NOT Broke

We reported last month that the super successful pop starlet Rihanna was going broke. The information hit the blogospher after her former business manager, Patricia Williams, was quoted as saying, "It's not my fault that she only has $20,000 to her name,".
In a recent interview Rihanna sets the story straight and says she's entirely too business minded to be broke.
You can't get away from the business side," Rihanna says. "It takes over. The minute you get into the business side, it becomes you. After 5 successful sings from her latest album Good Girl Gone Bad I did find it a bit hard to believe that she was hard up for cash. Oh and with legs insured for $1M I think she's gonna be alright."I get business reports all the time because it's my money. And I stay on top by living it, breathing it, thinking about it every day and every night."

Tina Fey Spoofs Sarah Palin on SNL

It's almost creepy how much Tina Fey actually looks like Sarah Palin.
The season premiere episode, which was hosted by Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, saw the highest ratings for SNL since 2001. Now if only they could find a way to actually be funny every week.

Breaking: Kanye West Arrested at LAX For Felony Vandalism
TMZ is reporting that Kanye West has just been arrested for felony vandalism after an altercation with paparazzi at LAX Airport. Felony's ain't no joke...
A still photographer was trying to take pics of Kanye at the American Airlines terminal. According to our guy on the scene, Kanye allegedly confronted the photog and smashed his camera to the ground. And of course, it was all caught on tape:
Our photog then began videotaping the scene when Kanye's bodyguard grabbed our camera -- a struggle ensued and the bodyguard threw the video camera to the ground, breaking it.
When Kanye realized our camera guy had videotaped the incident, he rushed our guy and yelled, "Gimme that f**king tape!"
Both Kanye and his bodyguard have been arrested and will be booked.

Yo, someone please give this man a job now!
Here's a bonus clip. The funny part is I've actually done something similar several times. If you ever see me in traffic please don't cut me off. If you do I'm just going to have to assume you're a drunk driver and do my civic duty...
I think I'll post some more of his videos in the future.

New Music! M.I.A. - "Hit That"

For your downloading pleasure, here’s a never-released M.I.A. demo produced by Bangladesh, the guy behind Wayne’s “A Milli.” It’s called “Hit That” and, as with “Paper Planes,” the hook here draws on Wreckx-N-Effect’s “Rump Shaker.” But whereas “Paper Planes” flips the “All I wanna do is a zoom-zoom-zoom” refrain into a cheeky, Lou Dobbs-baiting line about resource-draining illegal immigrants, “Hit That” flips it into a lascivious girl-power come-on/taunt. Seems that she preferred the hook on “Paper Planes,” and this track fell to the wayside.

>>T.I. ft. Rihanna - Live Your Life
>>Justice -D.A.N.C.E.

As you might have noticed the site has been going through a bit of a transition period these last few weeks and things have slowed down a bit. Now that things are getting back to normal we're going to be working extra hard to keep features like the music player updated as often as possible. Thanks for sticking with us!

Lil' Mama: "Voice of the Clown People"

I can't. I can't and I won't. I will not sit by and let Lil' Mama terrorize my senses any longer! She has used her celebrity for the sole purpose of elevating her ClownAssNess to a level of epic proportion. How many times must we open our browsers to ridiculous red carpet photos or turn on our TV's to see her pony tail sticking out of her hat and listen to her broken English? I don't think we have to. I think that we can all ban together as a people to make a change. A simple decision to ignore her. If well all ignore her she will just fade into the background. Like what we did with Kelly Rowland's career.
Who's with me!?

West who is currently busy producing Jay Z’s upcoming album Blueprint III has been busy performing a new track called “Love Lockdown” which many of you undoubtedly caught as the show closer for the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. Although the official title of his fourth album has yet to be confirmed, West has said in past interviews that his album would be titled “Good Ass Job” and has a similar sound to his previous three albums.

Bow Wow vs. The Game
Bow Wow is still a loser. Even when playing video games… After some YouTube trash talking (it’s what all of the cool rappers are doing these days). The Game took up Bow Wow’s challenge and faced off against each other in a $100,000 match of Madden NFL ’09 on the Xbox 360. Bow played as his hometown Cincinnati Bengals while The Game chose the New England Patriots. Bow Wow lost 23-55, blaming his loss on the snowy terrain in the game: “We playin’ in the snow. That’s janky as sh*t.” After winning, The Game shouted out the names of Ciara, Oprah Winfrey, and Gayle King and stated, “I’mma take my kids to Disneyland”.
